	Eamonn Reilly - President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Reilly's 15-year career in long-term care has been marked with success. Facilities under his direction have shown tremendous improvements in quality of care and financial performance in a short period of time. He is responsible for all phases of business operations, including the development and dissemination of the company's philosophy and culture of quality care and high ethical principles. What makes Eamonn Reilly different from other long-term care leaders is his entrepreneurial approach. His vision for Ruxton is one focused on service excellence and customer satisfaction. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, he sees Ruxton as a leader in the future of the long-term care industry.
	Mark Edward Hollingsworth, CPA - Chief Financial Officer Mark E. Hollingsworth is Chief Financial Officer and a founding Member of Ruxton Health Care. In his role as CFO, Mr. Hollingsworth is responsible for all of the company's finance and accounting activities including financial planning and analysis, corporate development and strategy, lender relations, financial reporting, treasury, third-party reimbursement, tax planning and audit support. As a founding member of Ruxton, Mr. Hollingsworth helped to develop the guiding principles of Ruxton's philosophy of care, which shapes the culture of quality care and professional service in each of our facilities. His passion for team building and leadership development ensures that Ruxton's management team is at the forefront of our industry. Prior to beginning his career with Ruxton, Mr. Hollingsworth led a team of accounting and reimbursement specialists for a nationally recognized public accounting firm based in Bethesda, Maryland. His knowledge and business savvy help our facilities obtain the highest possible reimbursement from third-party payers and aid in maximizing financial efficiencies in each location. His skills complement our CEO's operational acumen and fit in with Ruxton's philosophy of employing top professional management. Mr. Hollingsworth graduated from Towson University in 1987 with a degree in accounting and became a certified public accountant in 1989. He is an active member of the Health Facilities Association of Maryland, Mid-Atlantic Lifespan Association and he serves on several committees as a member of the Virginia Health Care Association.
	Wendy Utz, RN - Vice President of Programs and Services Wendy brings to Ruxton over 20 years of health care facility experience. As a former Administrator, Executive Director and Director of Nursing she has a diverse and comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of long-term care facilities. She is responsible for the development, implementation and assessment of clinical and operational programs for the company and is a core component in the advancement of Ruxton's practice standards and customer service initiatives.
	James Offutt Mr. Offutt joined the Company in November 2003. He has over 20 years of experience providing accounting and financial consulting services to organizations in the long-term care industry. Prior to joining Ruxton, he was Chief Financial Officer for a regional long-term care chain based in Baltimore, Maryland. He is an active member of the Maryland Nursing Home Liaison Committee, as well as the Reimbursement Committee of the Health Facilities Association of Maryland. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola College.
